Welcome to the California School of Culinary Arts. Our school has become one of the most well-known and respected culinary schools in the country. We're located in Pasadena, in the heart of Southern California.

We are proud to offer Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program. The prestigious curriculum of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu French cooking school enhances the Academy’s already comprehensive and rigorous programs. This educational partnership gives Academy students the finest in North American and European culinary arts education available today.

Students in our Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts associate degree program, and Patisserie progam will be taught classic French techniques combined with American technologies in professionally-equipped, modern kitchens.
